Contracts Administrator
Wodonga, VICOur client is a well-known residential construction company and they are currently seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their team.
Main Tasks:
- Review plans for regulation compliance at P01 stage which includes advising & applying for Planning Permits, Development Applications, Build Over Easement Applications, etc.
- Obtain Colour Consultation Schedule and input data into the inclusions list, obtain pricing options & liaise with New Homes Consultant & Drafting regarding anything out of the ordinary then pass on to New Homes Consultant for their discussion with client.
- Once all items are finalized including pricing, plans & inclusions the New Homes Consultant will request finalization at which time you will order Energy & Engineering.
- Proof all documentation required for contract preparation.
- Discuss and accurately edit inclusions, plans, pricing, and other documentation, if needed, with the New Homes Consultant in a timely manner,
- Liaise with the Draftspersons, Estimators, Engineers, Client Liaisons and others internally or externally as required.
- Follow directions, timelines and record the progress of projects through management software programs.
- Discuss and clarify project information with Construction staff and Administration staff if questions arise.
Other tasks (when required):
- Answer the phone, determine the purpose of calls, respond to general enquiries, and forward calls to the appropriate person.
- Other ad hoc tasks and general administration duties as required.
- Comply with instructions given by the management team.
- Be involved and contribute at company meetings.
