Our client requires an experienced HR Advisor until Christmas. The role will include the maintenance of effective HR systems, undertaking a range of generalist HR administrative duties, recruitment and selection processes and providing guidance and advice to both staff and management.

Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office software suite
  • A Degree or Diploma of Human Resource Management
  • A minimum of two years’ experience working in a HR team
  • An understanding of Government environments
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve specific and set objectives within the available resources and timetable
  • Strong communication skills
  • An ability to draft reports, recommendations and correspondence in relation to HR matters
Paying circa $35 an hour
