  Our client is Australia's leading telecommunications retailer and they have a role available in Albury for a professional, relationship minded Sales Support Officer to join their very successful team.
Under the direction of the Business Sales Manager, the Sales Support Officer will be responsible for providing sales support to all aspects of the business. Candidates will have the ability to process customer transactions as well as customer billing and connection procedures.

This role involves the following
  • Maintaining strong business relationships with existing accounts
  • Provide support to all aspects of the business
  • Conducting product & service based presentations and demonstrations
  • Selling our communication based solutions (Fixed, Mobile & Data)
  • Assessing each individual customer and provide suitable recommendations
  • Providing specialist assistance or conduct visits to leads or referrals identified by the Telstra Team
  • Providing high level customer service
The successful applicant will have the follow skills and attributes
  • Sales experience with greeting and serving Customers
  • A proven track record in achieving targets and KPI'S
  • Confident and professional sales manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven relationship building skills and with the ability to identify leads
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability and self motivation to work autonomously as well as be part of a growing team
  • Time management skills, including attending all meetings and training as required.
Applicants will have a high attention to detail, be approachable, reliable and presentable and have a passion to succeed. Previous experience within the telecommunications industry is highly regarded.
