Our client is Australia's leading telecommunications retailer and they have a role available in Albury for a professional, relationship minded Business Solutions Specialist to join their very successful team.
Under the direction of the Business Sales Manager, the Business Solutions Specialist will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing opportunities with Small to Medium Business throughout the Albury Wodonga region.

This role involves the following
  • Maintaining strong business relationships with existing accounts
  • Winning new business
  • Conducting product & service based presentations and demonstrations
  • Selling our communication based solutions (Fixed, Mobile & Data)
  • Assessing each individual customer and provide suitable recommendations
  • Providing specialist assistance or conduct visits to leads or referrals identified by the Telstra Team
  • Providing high level customer service
The successful applicant will have the follow skills and attributes
  • Experience in Face-to-Face sales roles selling to SME business
  • Confident and professional sales manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven relationship building skills and with the ability to identify leads
  • Strong focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability and self motivation to work autonomously as well as be part of a growing team
  • Time management skills, including attending all meetings and training as required.
