Our client is an in-house Creative Agency specialising in advertising, graphic design, web design, photography and videography.  They are currently offering an excellent opportunity for an Account Manager to join their successful and established team.  We are seeking a special someone with a background and tertiary qualification in media studies / business.  The account Manager ensures the smooth production of campaigns, from briefing designers and copywriters, to managing budgets.

We need you to:
  • To build and maintain key accounts in given business groups
  • Meeting profit goals on each account in given business groups
  • Maintain and develop client liaison
  • To co-ordinate and monitor workflow of key accounts and oversee general workflow and daily operations
  • Understand overall budget constraints of projects
On a daily basis this job will involve:
  • Communication with new and current clients
  • Manage numerous projects at once
  • Develop and issue quotes for clients and leads
  • Develop and issue media plans and creative outputs
  • Pitch and present creative concepts to clients/leads
  • Assist with the development of client briefs
  • Assign duties, goals, and supervise the account service staff
  • Provide leadership, motivation and convey the vision and values of the Agency to the assigned staff ensure that the staff work in conformance with Agency policies and procedures and public law.

Your Characteristics & Prerequisites:
  • You have significant experience in professional client relationship management
  • A background in advertising, design or marketing
  • You possess the ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
  • That you have a persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
  • You have full awareness of creative processes and techniques, including digital platforms
  • You have a Tertiary qualification in media studies / business
  • You have demonstrated experience in project management / client management
  • You have effective team management capabilities
  • You possess the ability to plan and execute media plans and deliverables
