Construction Client Liaison Officer

A well known residential construction company is seeking a super star to complete the administrative/reception side of the business as well as manage all client liaison. 

Some of the tasks you will be completing are;
  • Manage all meetings with clients throughout the whole build process
  • Manage all soil tests, energy efficiency reports, surveys, details of land, build specifications & plans
  • Manage all contract preparation, reviewing and signing
 
To be considered for this role you must have;
  • Excellent attention to detail!
  • Motivation to excel in this role
  • A positive attitude towards all personnel
  • Great communication and relationship building skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks at one time 
  • The ability to manage a varied role with accuracy
  • Excellent Microsoft Word & Excel skills 
  • A desire to work in the construction industry
 
Previous experience will be highly regarded, however, not necessary.

This position is full-time in the Wodonga area.
