Compliance Coordinator

MP Training and Recruitment is one of the regions premier RTO’s. We have delivered quality training for over 15 years to both NSW and Victorian learners.

The compliance coordinator would be responsible for managing all the compliance requirements of the RTO against the Standards and Funding Contracts. This includes:
  • Developing and maintaining all quality documentation (RTO policies and procedures, pre-training and enrolment documentation, continuous improvement tools and checklists)
  • Developing all Assessor and Learner Assessment Guides in conjunction with Trainers/Assessors, maintaining the Training and Assessment Strategies and course coordination
  • Facilitating and monitoring assessment process validations, assessment judgement validations and moderation
  • Driving continuous improvement through internal auditing against the Standards and Funding Contracts
  • Induction and supervision of all Trainers and Assessors, monitoring professional development for vocational and VET currency
  • Responsibility for audit documentation and process of any external audits.
Training industry experience would be an advantage and attention to detail a necessity. The position is full time with flexible hours and remuneration will depend on experience.
