Through continued growth and expansion of this locally owned national company, Steeline are currently seeking a Branch Manager for their Albury site. Steeline operates a very successful business, in particular a high quality standard and service within the building and industrial market sectors.

The purpose of this position is to drive, monitor and manage all aspects, departments and staff of the branch. You will be implementing and maintaining sound business and finance management systems, customer sales and high service levels, support current OH&S principles and practices, whilst ensuring profitability and upholding Steeline's overall values.
Skills and attributes required:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team and proven track record in leadership
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
  • Ability to lead by example
  • Approachable disposition and a team player
  • Ability to analyse business and staff performance and develop effective solutions
  • Competent in MS Office Suite
