This (Full Time or Part Time) role with a construction company is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and very busy firm dealing with very large businesses and government departments Australia-wide.

They now require an experienced Personal Assistant who is strong on technology, document control, setting up meetings and arranging travel, and generally keeping total control of the Managing Director (who himself is a control-freak).

Therefore you will know how to manage the time and diary of a high achieving CEO with a million things on their mind!

So, if you have first class secretarial skills (keyboard/computer), a passion for keeping things organised and under control and the passion, energy and personality to get in and get things done.
