Our well-respected client is part of a successful group which operates an established Air conditioning and Mechanical Services business in Albury Wodonga. They are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Branch Manager for their local operation.
The purpose of this position is to drive, monitor and manage all aspects, departments and staff of the operation. You will be implementing and maintaining sound business and finance management systems, driving customer sales and high service levels, OH&S principles and practices, whilst ensuring profitability and upholding the businesses overall values.

  • Ability to analyse business and staff performance and develop effective solutions

We are seeking a candidate with a proven track record in management with strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications and experience in the mechanical services industry will be highly regarded. A strong customer and team focus will also be required for this position.
