Our Clients environment is fast paced and they foster a culture of delivering innovative, unique and high quality experiences for travel customers. They are currently seeking a Highly Experienced Marketing and Communications Manager to manage their small team. 

Key responsibilities: 
  • Creating and managing end to end marketing activities and campaigns through to execution including; advertising, print (brochures, newsletters, etc) and web.
  • Build a comprehensive Marketing plan taking into account current activity and new initiatives.
  • Deliver marketing activities and campaigns directly to the end consumer
  • Conduct regular analysis on the effectiveness of the Marketing Plan
  • Manage a small Marketing Team including Graphic and Web designers to achieve the firms Marketing goals.
  • Liaise with and co-ordinate third parties engaged to provide photography and film assets for use in the firms brochures, websites and advertising.
  • Devise and manage a Social Media plan
  • Manage all advertising campaigns across print, television and online media
  • Highly collaborative with the Managing Directors
  • Extensive experience with Digital advertising, including Social Media, paid search and display advertising

Key qualifications and experience: 
  • Relevant tertiary Marketing / Communication qualifications or similar experience
  • 3+ years Marketing / Communications management experience at a Senior level
  • Proven experience with Marketing / Communication from a business to consumer level
  • A strategic, creative and analytical professional with strong design, PR and Marketing skill set 
  • Proven success working in a fast paced environment where strategic efforts are complemented by promotional activities
  • Strong commercial acumen and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on own initiatives and as part of a team
