XLam has Commissioned a State of The Art purpose –built facility near Wodonga, on the Victorian NSW Border in Australia. The area offers a wonderful lifestyle, with great education, recreation, sporting (and local wine and food) activities. Housing is affordable and the region is buoyant and growing; offering the perfect ‘tree change’ lifestyle.
We now seek a Production Planning & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. 

Applicants will be IT literate and it is essential that you also have great attention to detail. Applicants will also be systems and process focused.

The right person will ideally have:

1. Minimum of five years’ experience in Production Planning, purchasing and inventory control
2. High ERP skills, we will be using the Pronto Manufacturing Software Package
3. An exposure to being able to recognise/work with some technical drawings/software will be valuable ie Cadworks or alike, but not essential
4. Excellent organisational, planning and negotiating skills
5. A real team player, with a continual improvement and learning focus.
6. Strict time management capabilities balanced with data quality
7. Management level communication skills
8. Experience with transport bookings and organisation ( local as well as some export )
People management skills, flexibility and a high level of energy will be absolutely necessary!
