Our client is a long established Wodonga Agency, who are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic administration assistant to join their Property Management Team in a permanent part-time opportunity.
Working within a dynamic Property Management department, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing the main administration support for the team including Trust Account management, daily banking and invoicing, compiling adverts for proofing and publishing, assisting with prospect follow-up’s, drafting documentation, report preparation, database management and various additional requirements.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
  • Previous Real Estate experience (essential)
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • A bright, engaging and can-do personality
  • An eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team player
  • Flexible thinking and adaptability
Candidates with current NSW and VIC Certificates of Registration will be highly regarded, along with previous experience with the Console Software program.
The role is based on a 25-30 hour working week, flexible work arrangements and above award wages on offer.
