Our client is a group of medical specialists delivering health care services in the Albury-Wodonga area, and are committed to providing the highest quality service for their patients. They currently have an exciting position for an experienced Medical Practice Manager to join their dynamic and growing team. 

Reporting to the Directors, this position will be responsible for the day to day running of the medical practice dealing with Private and Public patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the specialists, management and supervision of all secretarial staff, overseeing reception, diary management and coordination of specialists and financial reporting. This position is also responsible for accounts and payroll, budget management, WHS and risk management. 
 
The successful candidate will possess:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical or health administration management role
  • Experience with Health Insurance contract negotiations and processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Understanding of MYOB and Genie software programs
  • Experience in budget and finance management
  • Strong organisational and diary management abilities
  • Relevant qualifications in management
  • Demonstrated problem solving and multitasking skills
The role is based on a 9 day fortnight, with some flexibility on working hours and an attractive salary on offer.
