Kotzur Pty Ltd is a leading Engineering / Fabrication business based in Walla Walla, NSW ( 30 minutes drive north of Albury ). The business has over 100 employees with clientele from all over Australia and overseas.

Kotzur is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Accounts Payable / Office Administration person to join the organisation on a permanent basis.

The Accounts Payable / Office Administration person is a key member of the finance and administration team and will proactively contribute to ensure that the business achieves superior outcomes.

To be considered for this full-time role, candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:
  • High level of Accounts Payable knowledge with at least 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong numerical, data processing and communication skills
  • High level of computer knowledge
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to provide a high level of client service to both internal and external clientele.
 Key responsibilities include:
  • Accounts Payable
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Processing purchase orders
  • General administrative duties
