We are seeking a talented and motivated legal & accounts assistant to join a team of a prominent legal office in Albury.

Our client is a boutique law firm in Albury, and are currently seeking to appoint a suitably experienced person as an assistant to join our team. The successful applicant will provide support and relief within all areas of the practice, including reception, administration, word processing, conveyancing and accounts.
 
Applicants should possess the following:
  • Outstanding keyboard skills
  • Advanced knowledge and competency in all of the Microsoft Office suite applications together with familiarity of all the associated special features within the package for creation of complex documentation
  • Previous legal word processing experience would be an advantage
  • Some basic accounting exposure would also be an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to be creative, to prioritise tasks and to work in an organised manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • A commitment to excellence and client service
