Our client, a successful real estate business in Wodonga is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Residential Property Manager or Assistant.
This full time position will be responsible for property management, liaison with home owners and tenants, representing business at tribunals and other general real estate and administration tasks.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in property management and ideally a real estate licence. Strong organisational, communication, negotiation and administration skills will also be required.
You are either:
- Prop Mgr at least 3 years’ experience (Console familiar)
- Prop Mgt Assistant / Administrator – 2 years + experience – Console experience with mid and End of Month trust accounting a must
Salary negotiable depending on skills and experience.
