Trainee Receptionist / Customer Service

Our client is a well established locally owned business located in Albury. They are seeking to appoint a  Receptionist / Customer Service Trainee capable of providing excellent customer service and administrative assistance.

This is an ongoing opportunity to join a fantastic team and grow your career. 

Duties include:
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting Customers
  • Data Entry
  • Mailing
  • General front office duties
  • Purchase orders
  • Filing
  • Maintaining office stationery/equipment
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, presentation, strong computer skills, a positive can do attitude, be self motivated and possess a strong team focus.

This position would suit a recent school leaver and you will be rewarded with a nationally recognised Certificate III in Business (with electives available to suit their interests and abilities) provided through on-the-job training and support. As an ongoing position this role offers extensive career growth with an employer of choice; setting the right candidate up for stable employment with a variety of avenues available.

PLEASE NOTE- To be successful for the traineeship you must NOT have completed a Cert III or above outside of High School studies.
