Property Manager - Wodonga

The role:
  • Managing a portfolio of around 120 Properties
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our Owners and tenants
  • Conducting Leasing, Vacating, & Routine inspections
  • Maintaining arrears
The Person:
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
  • Experience with Property ME software, desirable
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • A Certificate of Registration & Drivers Licence
  • Great customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
The Perks:
  • Negotiable salary based on experience
  • Commissions
  • Full Administration Support
  • Monday to Friday
  • Fuel allowance or Company vehicle
