Relevant industry experience and knowledge of products would be an advantage.
The key responsibilities include:
First point of contact for AAE’s customers via phone and email providing them with professional service and support on AAE’s extensive product range
Responding to requests for quotes
Processing purchase orders
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
Accurate record keeping of products, pricing and customer account details
Adherence to AAE’s AS9120B Quality Management System
Work with the leadership team to execute customer engagement initiatives
Work with the Customer Service Manager to maintain and report on customer service metrics, including on time delivery of quotations and sales performance
Work with the warehouse team to ensure customer expectations are managed
Provide assistance to management and connected teams as required
Located at Albury Airport, this permanent part-time position is available for immediate start. Hours are somewhat negotiable to help you achieve your work/life balance.
