MP Recruitment is seeking an organised and proactive Property Operations Manager to join a dynamic, fast paced team, based in Echuca - Moama. This role offers the chance to impact day to day operations, ensuring compliance, and driving business growth.

This is a Full-time position for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Property management from listing to cleaning schedules

  • Finance management

  • Customer Service, liaising with Guests and Homeowners

  • Development of procedures

About You: 

  • Develop and implement policies to enhance operational excellence

  • Passionate about property, and customer service

  • Proven abilities to problem solve & analyse data

  • Systems-oriented, with a focus on operational efficiency

  • Competent with computers including Microsoft Office, Xero & PMS systems
