Property management from listing to cleaning schedules
Finance management
Customer Service, liaising with Guests and Homeowners
Development of procedures
About You:
Develop and implement policies to enhance operational excellence
Passionate about property, and customer service
Proven abilities to problem solve & analyse data
Systems-oriented, with a focus on operational efficiency
Competent with computers including Microsoft Office, Xero & PMS systems
