Site & Maintenance Planning Administrator

As a Site & Maintenance Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to key stakeholders including management, contractors and visitors in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Provide reception services and administrative support to key stakeholders including; managers, contractors and visitors
  • Create and manage a schedule for preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and orders (MEX)
  • Prepare, edit and manage purchase orders, liaising with contractors for any issues or discrepancies
  • Maintain the integrity of the accounts payable function and related activities including invoicing and data entry, including, preparing, reconciling and processing all vendor and creditor invoices
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards
  • Create and implement safety procedures for maintenance staff
The successful candidate will require 
  • Previous experience in Business/Office Administration
  • Experience working within a heavy manufacturing or foundry environment
  • Purchasing and vendor management experience.
  • Inventory control experience. 
  • Experience with scheduling, planning and maintenance activities.

This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and long-term sustainability of our organisation's facilities and equipment, as well as drive reliability improvements on site & greater document control by supporting the Reliability Lead with Maintenance management activities & initiatives.
