As a Site & Maintenance Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to key stakeholders including management, contractors and visitors in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reception services and administrative support to key stakeholders including; managers, contractors and visitors
- Create and manage a schedule for preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and orders (MEX)
- Prepare, edit and manage purchase orders, liaising with contractors for any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain the integrity of the accounts payable function and related activities including invoicing and data entry, including, preparing, reconciling and processing all vendor and creditor invoices
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards
- Create and implement safety procedures for maintenance staff
The successful candidate will require
- Previous experience in Business/Office Administration
- Experience working within a heavy manufacturing or foundry environment
- Purchasing and vendor management experience.
- Inventory control experience.
- Experience with scheduling, planning and maintenance activities.
