My client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Operations Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality services across multiple residential disability support locations in the region. This full-time role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional participant outcomes.
About the Role:
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple service leaders and their teams, ensuring excellence in care, compliance, staff engagement, and operational performance. You will be instrumental in setting up and launching new residential support sites, developing operational frameworks, and driving improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery across multiple supported accommodation sites
  • Lead the setup and integration of new residential sites, including recruitment and operational readiness
  • Mentor and support Service Leaders to ensure consistent, high-quality support services
  • Drive compliance with NDIS requirements and internal quality standards
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, occupancy, workforce planning, and resource utilisation
  • Act as a senior escalation point for incident management, WHS compliance, and property matters
  • Build and nurture key external relationships with referral sources and support providers
  • Champion a values-based culture, aligned with participant-centred care principles
About You:
You are an experienced operations leader with strong knowledge of the disability services sector and the NDIS. You bring a people-first approach, a track record in service excellence, and experience managing multi-site operations. You are confident navigating complex service environments and committed to continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multi-disciplinary service delivery teams
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in leadership, social work, health, or related field
  • Strong understanding of NDIS practice standards and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage large-scale projects
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management skills
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to drive operational efficiencies
