About the Role

Cool off are searching for an enthusiastic and experienced Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join their team

• The purpose of this role is to deliver efficient planning and execution of maintenance strategies to support business operations

• The Maintenance and Reliability Manger will support, lead and guide all team members within the maintenance department.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of maintenance works ensuring all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance strategies

• Actively contribute and support to WHS within the workplace

• Oversee the engagement, co-ordination and activity of contractors for all maintenance and project requirements

• Ensure all quality standards are met, and incidents are reported in accordance with company policy

• Implementation of 5s principals and maintenance specific CI Program

 

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven capital management process experience along with project management and planning skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Trade qualified fitter or electrician

• Experience in leading a team and managing projects
