Key Details

Workdays: Monday – Friday (Part Time Optional)

Working Hours: Flexible (Office Hours - 8:30am – 4:30pm)

Location: Wangaratta & Bundalong

 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive excellence by designing and refining policies, procedures, and bold continuous improvement strategies.

• Keep Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and staff competency matrices sharp, current, and impactful.

• Manage student records with care and accuracy, ensuring compliance at every step.

• Empower your colleagues through engaging training and hands-on support in all thing’s compliance.

• Be the go-to connection for auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders — building trust and credibility.

• Oversee validation and moderation processes that keep standards high and outcomes exceptional.

• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping on top of RTO legislation and compliance changes.

 

About you

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Standards for RTOs and national regulatory frameworks.

• Experience with student management systems and reporting platforms (e.g., VETtrak, JobReady, AVETMISS, CloudAssess).

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Minimum)

• Relevant qualifications Compliance or Auditing (desirable)
