These modern, purpose-built apartment-style residences are designed to empower people with complex disabilities to live independently, with access to 24/7 tailored support services.

About the Role

In this pivotal leadership position, you will provide strategic and operational direction across several sites, ensuring exceptional participant outcomes, staff performance, and service excellence. You will oversee the operational set-up of new facilities, manage budgets, ensure NDIS compliance, and apply your healthcare expertise—ideally from a nursing background—to ensure clinical oversight and participant safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor Service Leaders to deliver high-quality, person-centred services across multiple vertical disability living sites.
  • Drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee the establishment and integration of new sites, from recruitment to service delivery.
  • Apply clinical and healthcare knowledge to support participant wellbeing and complex care needs.
  • Manage budgets, workforce planning, and performance outcomes across the portfolio.
  • Build a values-based culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.

About You

You are a strategic and hands-on leader with experience managing multi-site disability or healthcare services. You have a strong operational and clinical foundation, ideally supported by nursing qualifications, and thrive in environments that demand both high-level planning and practical execution.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Nursing or healthcare qualification (desirable but not essential).
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a multi-site, multi-disciplinary setting.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS service delivery and compliance.
  • Proven financial management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire diverse, high-performing teams.

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to take a senior leadership position in a forward-thinking model of disability care that combines independence, safety, and community within a vertical living setting. You will have the autonomy to shape services, implement innovative solutions, and make a measurable difference in people’s lives.
