About the role
Coordinate events end-to-end—from intimate briefings and community activations to large, high-profile programs. Manage logistics, suppliers and stakeholders to keep everything on time, on brand and on budget.
What you’ll do
Plan and deliver events end-to-end: scope, schedules, run sheets and approvals
Liaise with internal stakeholders, partners, suppliers and venues
Manage AV, staging, catering, signage/wayfinding and site plans
Oversee on-the-day operations: briefings, FOH, crowd flow and pack-down
Track budgets, POs and invoices; report on outcomes and insights
Drive WHS/risk planning (incidents, weather, traffic) and permits
What you’ll bring
Forward-thinking, solutions-focused mindset; calm under pressure
3+ years coordinating small and large-scale events
Excellent stakeholder management and supplier coordination
Strong organisation: budgets, timelines and competing priorities
Solid WHS/risk awareness and confident on-site operations
Tertiary qualification in Events/Comms (advantageous)
