As the Administration / Vehicle Delivery Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the smooth processing of new and used vehicle deliveries, ensuring all administrative, registration, and customer documentation is completed with precision.
Hours of work: 8:30am – 5pm | Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am-1pm (once monthly)
Location: Wodonga | Full-Time
Key responsibilities include
Processing and supervising all new vehicle Retail Delivery Advices (RDAs) in manufacturer systems, ensuring accuracy in customer and fleet information.
Maintaining and updating customer data in our Dealer Management System (UNITS).
Coordinating new and used vehicle registrations, transfers, and renewals.
Professionally greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
Assisting with general administration duties including scanning, filing, and document management.
Preparing new owner correspondence, PPSR checks, and vehicle disposal documentation.
Collaborating with sales managers and staff to ensure timely completion of all vehicle delivery processes.
Upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with company procedures at all times.
About You
Demonstrated administrative experience, ideally within an automotive or dealership environment.
Excellent computer literacy and data entry accuracy.
A professional and approachable manner, both in person and over the phone.
A current driver’s licence and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
