Property Accounts Administrator

Wodonga, VIC
Our client, a successful Border real estate business is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Residential Property Management Accounts administrator.
 
You will be familiar with:
  • Daily receipting & reconciliation of Trust Accounts, NSW & VIC
  • Responding to email enquiries & resolving matters efficiently
  • Preparation of banking for receptionist
  • Corrections, reversals & allocations
  • Unknown funds follow up
  • Entering of invoices using attention to detail
  • Liaising with Creditors, Body Corporates, Councils & Water Suppliers regarding accounts
  • Daily disbursements including ABA files, Bpay & cheque payments
  • Maintaining Creditor documentation including liability insurance
  • Producing Leasing Agreements & Managing Authorities
  • Mid & End of Month Landlord & Creditor pay outs, NSW & VIC
  • Lodging electronic & manual tenancy Bonds
  • Entering & maintaining details in a cloud-based system & hard copy filing
  • Fill in Property Manager duties including urgent maintenance & correspondence with Landlords & Tenants
  • Scheduling monthly routine inspections & sending notification letters
  • Producing monthly reports for Property Managers for the maintenance of property portfolios
  • Producing the Property Management meeting agenda & maintaining the weekly minutes
  • Creating tenancy invoices
  • Processing tenancy applications
  • Reconciling & maintaining petty cash
  • Rental adjustments for sold properties
  • Disbursing EOFY Statements
